This 1 last longer n better than IBS n bricks? Is it common in construction works?

I heard of IBS very long time ago - why did yr co use system formwork instead of IBS to build Serasi? What are the pros n cons of using system formwork?

For project site above a certain value, CIDB requires registration and levy to be paid. If main con haven't been appointed but piling and below ground contractor need to start work, whose name do you think will be on the signboard?
