QUOTE(victorian @ May 28 2025, 03:15 PM) About time. I signed the close to 2 years already. Wow that's fast. I was hoping for the VP to be closer to 4 years after my signing s&p. Got more time to tabung, especially the 17.5% progress payment on VP. Hope got at least another year left before VP.2 years is almost vp time for my other project. QUOTE(victorian @ May 29 2025, 04:35 PM) Stratified high-rise is minimum 3 years contractually. But most developers will get extension of time prior to launch, meaning anywhere from 3-5 years. Usually the taller, the more complex a high rise is, the more time required to build. One of the main reasons for extension of time is the preparation of titles upon delivery, inspection and title issuance can take up to 6 months from practical completion. This post has been edited by babu_my: May 30 2025, 08:58 AM |

QUOTE(ericyong @ May 30 2025, 11:27 AM) Not complaining la boss, just feel a little stress. Actually looking forward to moving in earlier too. BTW, you think the VP will most likely happen this year or more likely end 2026? |

Hi guys. Im in the process of applying for SAMM unit.
I can’t choose a unit, but I can mention preference. How do u choose a unit? The higher the better? Near lift, or end lot? I drove by it yesterday, feel it is not as “homely” as shah alam masjid area. So im kinda on the fence The current shah alam flat im currently staying at is already over 40 years old I saw on another lowyat thread, the comments are negative saying 250k for the 550sqft is overpriced. Can advise? |
