Compared to his past videos, in this he has nothing much to promote about

Even the tiles given in unit is so lackluster. N only 1 bathroom no ensuite bathroom

But its biggest selling point is its price point and okay-ish walk to lrt main station

Wah, SAMM units usually not exceed RM300K, based on marketing materials, open market starts from RM380K, with no differentiator between the 2 types of unit, personally, I won't be paying open market price, either get the SAMM or just move on

Rumah selangorku very small unit slightly bigger than studio size

Rmb its right beside the LRT track n htc as well

But its SD so it will sell itself

Block 1 facing south units furthest from htc nxt to kingsley hill abt 170m away.

If choose unit no. 10, 11 n 12 will be quite a distance from lrt track

Well, not my money but I do hope buyers getting better specs for the extra RM130K, else they really heavily subsidising the SAMMs
