There is a lot of buzz about refund... please remember that all refunds can be applied online and you don't need to go to any brick and mortar store.

However, when you fill up the form remember to give the name that is registered in your bank account. For example if your bank account is not registered in your nickname DO NOT fill the form with your nickname. If you do so, there may be a clash and the refund process gets delayed.

i asked to refund to my TNG e-wallet. it took >1month with numerous follow up to get the refund.

When your TnG is expired or lost, you can file for refund online easily. Make sure the card is registered to you on the portal. Then get the refund but your bank account must be the same name as the registered cardholder. It took me less than 3 days to have the money in my account.

the erefund site had been SYSTEM ERROR for last few months..

lastly went to nu sentral to renew expired card and took only 15min to settle..

for what i read on tng site.

expired tng card cannot be renew . card expiry is stated on the back of card.

tng card not used during last 12 months becomes inactive and cannot be renewed .

yeah.. expired card cannot use anymore.. renew means change to new enhanced card
all money from expired card transfer to new card, no extra charge

Yup, not mistaken some highways like PLUS etc if you use rfid to enter, must use it to exit back, or else will charge max toll fees

Crap touch n go took 3 month for refund, after i bombarded them with multiple email.

The online portal for refund is hit and miss quality of service, not all will get it
