I downsize to 1080p..if follow full resolution 1944p, it will not display full and wide when view on laptop..

You're allowed to run away if you fear for your safety. Just need to report to police within 24 hours.
So many cases of drunk drivers run away to sober up, then go police station and let lawyer handle the rest. All these thanks to motorists beating up people after accident.
