NextDNS or AhaDNS Blitz. Both these sites have the option to create an Apple mobileconfig profile which you can install in Settings. Very simple. If you’re unfamiliar with filterlists, just select the oisd-full list and you should be good. The oisd filterlists are meant to block as many ads and trackers as possible without breaking any apps.

Does the 2 app still works in blocking/disable ads?

If you want to block ads from website, can check some browsers.
If you want to block ads from apps, dont think can.

can suggest browser to use?

I thought buy ipong for RM5k and pay for apps , no need suffer ads?

Less likely for kena virus nia. Ads all still suffer. I dont mind non-intrusive ads tho. Sometimes even useful. The annoying one is the one like youtube.

Apple devices will have advertisement? Which apple device will pop out advertisement?

Stock Apple device no advertisement lah.
