says there only RM4bil for new military procurements
we already know there's an ongoing arty SPH tender procurement going on at the moment (thanks rafizi), not sure if this particular procurement is going to use 2023 budget or the fund was already set aside during 2022 budget, but anyway this SPH deal supposedly gonna cost RM854m ( )
if we assume the arty SPH also going to use this new budget, then we only have around RM3bil left for other procurement
the next crucial procurement would be the navy ships and air force LCA, wonder which side will get their toy wish list fulfilled first

that army SPH tender should not be a priority imo wtf are the mindef people thinking.. those funds should be given to either airforce or navy, both have even more pressing needs and in dire state than the army.
