all i saw discount promote held in KL or other big cities but never saw in Kelantan, Terengganu or Sabah, etc.

if got such discount events, it is not been promote widely in these states. compare to events in KL, even made into TV, news etc

i thought the services provided by our lowyat members is legit

i thought he work with police to help settle the summons and he got certain commissions by police and police can close summons tickets and violators settle their summons at reduce payment. Win-win

cos, we also can get the reduce payment but sometimes the steps needed is quite troublesome
