the moment they enforce the expiry date of the card its already a rigged game for everyone already

ive applied for a refund from my expired card and its been a couple of months and still no news
granted it was just rm15-20 in it but the issue still stands. imagine if the amount is 50-100 and multiply that with 10k-100k people in the last 5-10 years

wasnt there a statistic research done that indicates that there are alot of 'lost' money due to expired gift cards or misplaced money and for an individual that amount is like up to 10k on avg per lifetime lol
this is why i should train crows to pick up money for me on the street
