Hi, I am a beginner raising a fish and I just bought a betta fish. I did some research online before buying and just wanna check and see if I am missing anything because from google there are too many different answer.

1. Bought a 14.7L tank for my betta
2. No oxygen pump and filter
3. Used Tension gon water conditioner 15ml to eliminate chlorine for 15-20mins (Not sure if I put too much as I dont understand the instructions lol)
4. Did a proper tank introduction before putting in with the current water (wrapped in a plastic and float in the tank for 20-30mins)
5. I did not check the water parameter as I dont have the proper kit to do it

I did fed my betta 2 pellets of its food and he did ate and quite active so I hope I am during everything right.
Gonna start decorate the tank in the next water change.

Let me know if I miss any important steps

Ohh… currently mine still living well just not very active compare to before water change
