I lease my cuckoo water filter for one year only coz dont want long commitment. Now ended they asked to continue pay for service. If I want to service myself, where can I find compatible parts?

anyway, i think compatible part berlambak on shopee/lazada, whether it is as good as original parts, i have no idea.

the office that i worked with use water dispenser without brand wan, still working fine even after 5 years.
i think you just need to avoid those small unit and go with the tower unit, more space=bigger less complex component

last time my father use small elken unit, spoilt very fast too. but swithing to tower unit it lasts very long.

ive been using the pico thing in shopee for my icon..the only reason to continue with cuckoo is if you fear it rosak...but, if rosak pun, can find way to resolve if you into diy thing

probably your unit is too new to have compatible parts, give it a year or two, it will be available especially if it popular unit.

mine also finished contract but continue pay for service only, autodebit around 400 monthly so no care

they always change service person, then new person will call for appointment but my parents everyday home i just tell them go only whenever u want

if buy outright, the included servicing is limited only to only 1st year.

if hire purchase, then servicing is as long as your hire purchase is on-going.

after the included servicing, then have to pay periodical rate to continue servicing. the machine become yours after buy outright or concluded hire purchase.

you cannot have too long a gap e.g. stop servicing in 6th year then suddenly ask them to come back in 7th year; will incur penalty fee on top of applicable servicing fee.

my situation totally same with TS, signed up for King Top few yrs back and go for the 1.5yr contract with higher monthly payment. after finish the 1.5yr tenure, i continue with their services at RM424/yr.

until recently they increase the price to RM480 make me want to buy OEM from shopee and replace myself. TS, what part u have bought in the end? is the parts compatible to Cuckoo filter?

Originally bought this one to test, but too cheap product really taste different. So bought from picogram store. Its pricey almost same like cuckoo price for 1 year set but at least can buy per filter. I only buy when need to change

then if tat the case, i think i better continue cuckoo services package to save the trouble to use other filters as the comparable product like picogram is same price. Those cheap product is not comparable bcz quality lower.

Yup, if you dont have problem spent lumpsum 400-500, then better stick with cuckoo. Good quality filter not really cheap either
