 Landed property, any upcoming Landed around 1.2 million

Hi , can anyone recommend a landed semi D area . Go to KL city around 30 minutes . bugget rm 1.2 million

looking for a place that is for long term , landed ( if single storey are best ) easy access to Pasar , clinic , and supermarket or high way.
Got nature feel with mountain will good. Distance to access to KL an PJ are part of the consideration as well. The semi D land at side those available land need have normal wall to cover house area then i can build a glass house at free space area. those open concept without devider wall at side are not my cup of coffee.

i am currently stay chearas and consider move to new place with my parent and family but worry select a wrong location. please suggest as looking for best place to stay for long term.


is serdang , Sungai buluh , Shah alam , kepong , kajang available ?

looking for your suggestion.

The locations mentioned unlikely to reach KL around 30 minutes.

If you have intention to further extend the SD, I suggest you buy a corner SD or a terrace. An inter SD will have more restrictions from local authority and not forgetting right left neighbours. Plus point is more privacy and less parking headaches if you own more cars or have visitors.

Most SS properties are normally more than 30 to 40 years now and you need to spend money to update to current design including fittings.

Unless the seller has done it recently, more likely you are just buying the land and location. You might even have to demolish the entire structure.

Buying a rebuild property is not cheap either.

My current area ... basic corner 1.1 mil transacted 6 months ago. Reno plus extended recently completed asking 1.8 mil.. Both almost same land area.

And your budget ?

My uncle has got 1 new double story terrace in sri petaling to let go.
Brand new unit and he didnt stay before. Individual with freehold title and currently G&G.

But he has done some renovation at kitchen and etc.
Going to let go at 1.5m (slightly nego).
