Since I can't see the full details, I'll just give a rough idea of what will happen.
1. They will issue no show letter or misconduct etc 2. They will then issue a letter to demand for whatever is stated in your bond 3. Their lawyers will come next 4. Court etc etc. 5. Either you settle or they sue you until you become a bankrupt. |

QUOTE(digitalz @ Oct 5 2022, 07:51 PM) Since I can't see the full details, I'll just give a rough idea of what will happen. There is a simplified and faster method to recover: Summary Judgment. No need to go to court for a trial. Submission of all documents and proofs is sufficient. After obtaining the written judgement, proceed to Garnishee Proceeding to freeze the bank account. Once these two legal processes take places, CTOS will have the records. 1. They will issue no show letter or misconduct etc 2. They will then issue a letter to demand for whatever is stated in your bond 3. Their lawyers will come next 4. Court etc etc. 5. Either you settle or they sue you until you become a bankrupt. |

This is the fastest way. Hence I only put Court. Sooner or later TS will probably burn all bridges if the co really proceed with this route. |
