If you are only a month in your new job and finding for next job, what do you tell the next employer if they ask why you are leaving so fast.

Why not? Just 1 month, 3 month etc. No difference.

The role don't suit me or role is different from what I applied etc; the JD is not the same as what's agreed... tons of things you can say.

I never change companies within a month, but got within 4 months before. I just tell them the role didn't suit me.

just go if u got a better offer than current.

u know what probation period means?
if u understand, u will not ask why so fast.

the only so fast means is start from 3 months and 1 day.

before that its not consider as so fast.

Best to keep it as a secret and don’t need to mention it

Can say you were looking at a number of opportunities at the same time. You accepted the one that came first not knowing you will secure this job that is your first option.

It is not quite unusual that people leave within 1 month after finding work unsuitable. 1 month usually is enough to know whether you can and will stay for next 3 years.

Just tell them the truth.

They will find out if they dig hard or call hr

So best to be honest and tell them the truth.

I’ve done that recently whereby I was only 2 month in a job and left to another company. I just told the truth with the new company why I plan to leave and they accepted that

Now am happier ( and more stress) in the new company but I gather starting in a new company is always going to be stressful at first

So far no regrets and I am making sure boss hired me also no regrets in putting thier faith in me
