TS, please provide some info below:-
- How fast is your internet connection? (30mbps/100mbps/300mbps or above) - How far are you away from your router & PS5? - Does your other device face the same issue? (laptop/phone) |

would you be able to connect using LAN cable directly to router & PS5?
