Hello /k,

For the past week I have been scouting for Solar Powerbanks online.

Does these CCP products do what it say?

Can it last? Anyone got experience with it's charging time?

Fake shit.

The panels too small to charge a LiPo battery.

This one caught my attention because it had been sold over 700 times on Laz....

Not for me, and personally, I'd stay away.

You need to keep the lithium ion battery cool, and putting it under the sun actually makes it dangerously hot.

why? solar panel with charge controller can?

Get a separate panel with charge controller, built in or otherwise. Those powerbank with built in solar panels are a scam.

Mind I ask what you are using it for? Unless if you are going for off grid hiking and camping with weight issue, easier just to get a big powerbank or powerstation that would last a few days. Either that or get a phone with an obscenely sized battery if that's the only thing you need to charge.

I am using a ulefone power armour 13 with a 13200mah battery. Good for 3 to 4 days camping use.

don't count too much on the solar charging rate

i had the same powerbank...on a good sunny day it only charges 10~15% of total capacity (charge from morning until no more sunlight)
