 Home internet for gaming,must go for fiber?

Hi guys,me and my wife might move to a condo style house on renting.I would like to know if I apply fiber internet is the installation very troublesome??Like drilling the wall and also if we move is it difficult to relocate the fiber wifi??Or should I go for home wireless type??
If I go for fiber is 30mpbs enough for online gaming??

no need drill la if normal just pull the fiber cable from outside to your house use hotglue paste on wall edge can d

What type, mobile or pc/console?
Use fiber for better connectivity if pc/console. Try go for 100mbps if you can afford it.

depends on your condo, some already have a fibre panel on the wall they can connect up to, no drilling needed
usually you can relocate the fibre but your contract will reset
some isps do offer plans without contract but at a fee

i would say the only concern about going with wireless is public/private ip, port forwarding, and latency being a few factors to consider, but it would be more portable
