Bought a double storey house but not guarded, don’t have courage to stay there, now looking for single storey house with guard, any recommendations? Prefer in kl or cheras kl, seri petaling not so far so still fine
Alam Damai anyone know how’s the traffic conditions in the morning? I need to go office in bandar Utama once a week , Google map shows 1 hour trip 😓
Prefer to have jogging park as I jog everyday, if I can stay any where with the park like tasik permaisuri it will be perfect

If you want forever GnG, you must buy landed strata property and pay monthly maintenance charges. Entry is using access card. Raising of hand not recognised.

Any others are all volunteer contributions from residents which are non compulsory. The continuation or success of voluntary scheme depends on residents

As mentioned, what kind of guards are you expecting? The proper G&G or DIY type?

My mom's place at USJ is the latter type. Can be discontinued anytime as not all residents pay up. It's a "better than nothing" type but I don't feel that secure especially since sections of the perimeter aren't fenced up due to landscape issue.

Sri Petaling especially those within own set-up gated and guarded community is quite safe. Neighbourhood is quite matured and accessibility is great with bunch of highways passing by or end there.

Alam Damai to Bandar Utama in 1 hour? Maybe during midnight.

In my opinion, Tropicana Indah > Sri Petaling > Alam Damai

Get a strata landed else you will regret again even though it's gated and guarded.

which double story area you buy? if it at high traffic location like OUG, happy garden, tan yew lai, cheras,ampang ... nth to scare about la..

- robe you? so many people surround how they robe you without begin seen? just dont give them chance by install auto gate and move everywhere using ur car.
- use lorry to open your gate and start moving ur belonging? how? if you install cctv and alarm you will get notify
- dont renovate and paint your house until atas atas... let it look urgy from the outside, but pretty from the inside, even dog pass by our house also didnt feel like wanna pee.
