odd flickering green pixels

hi i recently bought prism+ f220 and i just noticed it has some of blinking green pixels when the screen colour is grey/white. and itll gone if the screen colour is other than grey/white. i assembled it without pressure on its lcd and never touched the screen. need help is it some kind of hardware faulty?
