Hi anyone pre ordering psvr2 today? I never own any vr sets before and I am hoping to get some opinion for this as it’s quite expensive.

as both owner of PSVR1 and Quest 2, I would advise you to wait and see first

but if you got extra cash to burn and FOMO, then just jump in and preorder

FYI, VR experience is not for everyone, some only can stand it for few minutes before the nausea/dizziness kicks in, while some has no problems at all
best is you try out the your friends VR or those demo units in shops first to gauge your tolerance level

Sorry to ask, does it feel like I am sitting in the very front row of cinema with lots of visual information around me to absorb?

The only thing that holds me back a little is the price. I just can't just justify Sony's pricing strategy anymore, it feels like they have taken us Sony gamers for granted.

yup... i'm playing the waiting game. in addition, i haven't get my PS5/ PS5 pro yet... wait and see whether worth the wait and price or not

maybe i'll have no problem in my 20s... but now... near 40s already... not sure suit me or not  sweat.gif although i'm very looking forward for VR experience for space combat and mechwarrior
