The empty land next to my house in damansara heights recently bought over by someone and he is currently building a house there.
The bulldozers and workers already started work such asĀ land movement and bricks and cements also all in the work already.
I wonder whether they really need /requirements to put up some barrier/facade/partition to cover the construction site to prevent all the dust going to its neighbouring houses?
At they should erect a signboard with permit from town council approval at the site? Now they have nothing but just start constructing house in like a n open space. Is this wrong?
Pls advice. Thanks.
Talk to the workers to get 1st hand info. No point speculating. The bulldozers and workers already started work such asĀ land movement and bricks and cements also all in the work already.

I think they are clearing the land first b4 putting up the hoarding and signboard for easier movement of bulldozer and lorry.
