Finally jumping ship from my Samsung Note 9 to iPhone on my primary number.

Just a quick question, anyone use one iCloud to backup two WhatsApp account?

At the moment, I have an iPhone 12 on my secondary number which is set on auto backup to iCloud on WhatsApp.

I was planning to backup my primary number WhatsApp to same iCloud account after transfer from Note 9.

Do you guys think possible? I know Google Drive can do that

At the moment, I’m using around 200GB on my note 9. I won’t be transferring the stuff to iPhone. Just WhatsApp around 40GB. I can’t decide to get 256GB or 512GB…

Hmm. Since you also just planning to get 256GB. I think may consider getting 256GB rather than 512GB.

At the moment, I have 2TB iCloud shared with family. I almost forgotten about ProRaw and ProRes avaialble on Pro models until you mention it. I don't think I will be using much of it unless I have to take RAW images to edit at home.

In my experience pre-order with Switch. Usually, they will allocate specific units for Shopee/Lazada, website and walk in pre-order on pre-order day.

On the website, once the batch is sold out they will put a remark as no longer be able to collect/being delivered on the launching date. However, I managed to secure one unit at Shopee and receive on the launching date.

I have two emailed from Switch. One is order confirmation and second one mention the device available pickup from 29th but no SMS at all.

You will be surprised to know that even after the end of the demo life and the battery health remains around 98-100%

I managed tested few demo units and I was surprise when I saw the health.

I just found out something very funny if you are using one Apple ID on two iPhones.

- if you receive any call on a different iPhone, the total lifetime call will count on both iPhones.
- the call history will be shared on both iPhones. I have disabled all sorts of settings on iCloud but still share them across both iPhones.

Anyone has same issue and found any solution?

No choice then, I will use another Apple ID for my other iPhone. How about iCloud photo can be shared between two different Apple ID?

Would AirPod still work without keep paring?

Yup, will it still be seamless connection? If shared same Apple ID, the AirPods can connect automatically to the iPhone or iPad whichever is using that time without needed to connect manually.

I have one UGreen car mount stick on the dashboard using the 3M stickers. After 5 years, the mount still holds. So far I didn’t see any sign of melting.

For Orbit car mount, they recommend apply 3M Primer first. I’m not sure it will helps to reduce staining or not.

Maybe you can try stick on gloss surface, as those 3M sticker can be easily remove using some WD40 or alcohol. Correct me if I’m wrong.
