Based on your timeline, looks like that
1) Your text will update one day before the (old) date range given that's the nearest.
2) "2 days" after you got an updated text, it's preparing to ship
3) Same day itself, shipped.

Which means mine (10/10 - 17/10) would be something like
1) Today or tomorrow mine will update text as well. As per writing this, text is still the same
2) Since I've called Apple before, internally they have changed to (11/10 - 18/10), means that mine will be preparing to ship on around Wed Thurs (11 or 12th).
3) And on the 11th or 12th, it will be shipped out.

Fingers crossed for those in the "10/10-17/10" batch. Hope for some movement this week.

Hmmm PO from Apple Store, while using the app, the For You page of my order is “missing” but checks on the web and diving deeper into the app, order is there and still, no changes.

Anyone experienced order not appearing on Apple Store app on the For You page/section?

Yeap. From user Stichie's postings, it seems like after this text is out, 2 days later will be "preparing to ship" in the morning and by late afternoon/evening, it will be shipped.

If that's the case, then we (10-17 batch) will see the green bar move to preparing to ship on this Thursday (12th Oct) and then move to "Shipped" in the late afternoon/evening.

maybe, just maybe, tmr will have the text update like us. So to get by this Thurs, tough luck.

For your case, I suggest wait until tomorrow around this time (after 3pm or 4pm) to see if there's any changes. Cos from what I know, Apple's daily cut off time is 3pm. And since today is 10/10 and those ppl with batch shown as 10-17 getting text updated, I would like to believe there would be a text update for your order tmr (11/10) since your's is showing (11-18) batch.

As for your status it went backwards, I'm really clueless. Nevertheless, wait for tmr and see first.

Just leaving a foot/fingerprint here. Called Apple MY and my delivery date is remained unchanged so I guess it's still a good sign.

Just checked my phone. Just got charged 24mins ago.

Unbox infront of the staff.
Check for any scratches and major discolouration. If small discolouration, try wiping it first with your clothing.
Any dissatisfaction with the colour/finish, raise it immediately. Don't walk out of the store without raising it.
