eSIM is great, I'm using it as well. I wonder if Maxis fixed their eSIM transfer these days else it will require a visit to their store for a new QR code.

I think Digi also needs to do that, I will have to get it changed when I transfer to iPhone 15 PM.

Saving is less than RM300, not really substantial

The biggest appeal is the ability of getting AppleCare+ if buying SG set.

Edit: I just had a look at my Cordura fabric mouse pad, the texture looks exactly the same.

Other country can backup eSim to icloud but malaysia telco not joining

last time my esim during Xs era to new iPhone, maxis gives free

but during mco started i change back to physical sim i scare cannot go out when my new phone arrives, i changed iphone yearly... physical sim gives me less hassle

Maybe this is the reason why bolehland gets to buy the iphone 15 series earlier (one week later than 1 batch countries)? becos this technically means that they dun forsee it will have so high demands comparing to the past? i recalled previously when iphone is still in high demand time, they dun even announce the pre-order/launch date for second batches or 3 batches countries so early also.

Last year still dun have this option when i wanna transfer from iphone 11 to iphone 14 Pro

i just done activated my e sim, I will need to drop by maxis center again huh?

According to the last update from Lowyat.NET, the eSIM transfer feature is disabled. Not sure what's the current status.

I guess SKMM is not happy about the KYC/identity verification process.

And, if eSIM transfer feature is not working, you need to walk-in to the center for a new QR code.

Yes, they are in the first batch. My partner asked me to get it from Thailand, an excuse for me to fly to BKK this month since I’m not going this month.
I will prefer MY set for warranty purpose.
