throughout my ownership since 15 pro launched, i owned two magsafe powerbank and none of it apple branded, 1st one is energea 10,000mAh magpac mini for RM199, and due to my own negligence of dropping, it still charges, but it has sound when shaking, so i do not dare to risk it, then i moved to mazer which i bought from all it hypermarket, i do not have the exact price, but should be around rm200 ish, with these chargers im driving it daily, my battery health still at 96% at 470 cycles, so i don't think is the magsafe brand that affects your battery health, is how you use your phone instead. cheers.

i won't say its the best la, but its functional, for me, for past 18 months, but not magsafe wise, i think xiaomi really good in powerbank department, if after this spoilt, i will want to try baseus ones, seems its pocket friendly.

yes i do agree, since things to explode these days, have to becareful, especially when we have loved ones, like the recent samsung buds case, i've also carried a note 7 before but that time still single, so yolo, so sometimes if we hold our buys slightly longer then only decide, could be a better options or see any forumers here sharing their experience.

tbh 10k magsafe is quite thick, if u like slim profile, 5k is way to go, if budget is not an issue, why not both? if you're opting the baseus or below 200 ones, only bring the 1 that suits your outings, for example quick errands for 3 hours, maybe take 5k ones, if full day maybe 10k ones. guess we re now being trained to plan our day well like owning an EV, but im not owning one, just felt its the same analogy


i've not owned any yet, but i recently encountered tomtoc, i bought their backpack and it's good as in lightweight, but i do see their sling quite attractive.

not something to proud of, its just accidental findings, for me i used to be OCD when my battery is less than 100% and always charge it full, although there no findings on batteries decay, but seems everything is trackeable nowadays, i found the best way is limit your charge to 80%, and seems like plugging all the time doesn't decay the battery as much, and one key point is, i seldom charge from power outlets, its either usb a port from Apple Carplay, or Magsafe powerbank or USB A port from laptop, that's it, so slow charging is one of the key determinant factor as well.
