I currently charge my phone once a day, starting automatically at 3am and cutting off at 7am. I stick to this routine unless it’s an emergency. On weekends, I try to stretch it to charging once every two days. No gaming, no heavy video usage, and I always turn on airplane mode at night with sleep focus.
Replacing the battery seems reasonable—it’s only RM500 at the official store. That said, I’m tempted by the trade-in price, but I think I’ll wait until my battery hits 80%.
Thank you for your feedback
If you have plan to trade in, why not just sell it via marketplace for better return and upgrade

Not really lo. Just occasionally check emails and some Facebook and instagram only. Hope can last another year or two without changing battery la. My wife's iPhone 14 Pro Max is one year older than mine still have 96% battery life.

If you just plan to change phone in a year time, the battery should be able to last although the degradation is consider fast.
