yes, buy a ok brand like ugreen or baseus 20w charger will be more than enough.

20w last time i managed to get 3 units of them during MCO period for only rm55. damn cheap.

From YouTuber’s result, it is confirmed that 20w vs 30w no difference in charging speed for iPhone 14 pro max.



U can still can use back ur old pathetic 5w charger to charge by buying a usb-a to c cable but trust me no pt.

They are outdated and does not take the advantage fully for usb-c. Just buy a new usb-c charger and use usb-c to c cable.

2) You can use back your above plug and use any USB- Type C cable to charge.

No need. Just use back your current Iphone plug. Get any usb a to c to charge your phone. Im sure you have one lying around that you use to charge your android phone.


If you want to use the supplied cable, then you need to buy a new charging brick/adapter.

You need fast charging for iPhone... Otherwise it is super slow. I got the Apple 20w USB-C adapter from my purchase back in 2020. Got it at a discounted price because I purchased my phone from Digi.

Anyway, these days I'm just using a 100w PD adapter because it charges my other devices as well and I don't need to bring so many adapters when I travel.
