Why didnt you ask your contractor to source for you ? He should have all the contacts if he is long time in the industry.

Anyway, most big hardware shop should have the service. Give them the measurement, choose the grade and they will order from their supplier. You should receive the door within 10 to 14 days.

Usually, carpenters can make one using solid wood.

Too good (many outstanding orders) or just slow in doing their job even there's just few orders around? 🤔🧐

They are well known, so they have many orders. But they are also slow and not very responsive once you have paid deposit. I would say better avoid unless there is something that only can get from them.
They do have some impressive stuff in their shop which is probably why most people like them.
