Device and Driver missing windows 10, Missing after removing/hide map drive AD

Hi Sifu2,
Ayam need help, device and drivers at "This PC" Windows 10 missing after remove/hide a map drive from AD (active directory). The weird thing not all PC in domain is affected by this issue. The usb drive do not appear when connecting usb drive. I only can access it when manually type the the address example "c:"
Sifu2 help me pls. Ayam donno whats the problem, is it bugs? Or reformat the PC to fix the issue?

Remove a map drive usually won't remove/uninstall any drivers. You have following options: 1. Perform System Restore to earlier restore point. 2. Run sfc /scannow command from Command Prompts. After the scan finish, reboot your Windows. 3. Perform Factory Image Restore (branded PC/laptop should have this features). 4. Reformat the Windows. |
