If you want honest answer, coming from a Chinese myself, yes most Malaysian Chinese are racists. There is also a sub-set of Malays that are racists but generally most of them are more willing to mix with nons due to their natural "rilek" culture. You can notice this when a stranger Chinese tries to be friend with a Malay, vs a stranger Malay tries to be friends with Chinese.
