yes, my flat also like that, last year TM keep calling me change fibre
to TS, last year i ask TM, he say if only change to fibre, contract no renew
after TM come change fibre, with new BTU, i request upgrade plan, so now with contract
old BTU TM did not take back, useless now since is VDSL one

So, this morning was my appointment. Order submission was very fast. Just required my I.C. and thumb scan. The staff who processed my order even whatsapp a screenshot of the sales order form with remark including the following words "RM 69 PERPETUAL WITH NO CONTRACT".
According to the staff, the modem and router is also free.

Technician appointment is tomorrow afternoon. I will know by then whether I have to pay for cabling or not (free cabling is up to 50 meter, if I'm not mistaken).

During my appointment this morning, I actually asked the staff if I could opt for VDSL as I wanted to avoid cabling work and VDSL can support up to 30mbps. Unfortunately, VDSL was not available as an option.

So tomorrow, I want to see how the technician plans to install the cable.

After replace fibre when i still on 30mbps
Before down 30, 31mbps, up 7mbps, ping 30+-
After down still same 30, 31mbps, up 10mbps, ping less that 10
So what i see up and ping is improve

What brand name router and modem they give you?

Appointment for installation is after 3.30pm. Will update once installation is complete.

Completed installation. Received 2 devices:

- 1 unit Huawei universal ONU
- 1 unit Az-Tech Residential Gateway Dual Band

Both devices free.
