Again, this is the old generation prince engine stuffs. N14 bmw engine which bmw-mini abandoned as well.

Why didnt the writer just join the peugeot Malaysia owners group in FB? so many owners in the community willing to help to not get ripped off.

Even before the owner review that I shared, I already said the car is made to be disposed....

So be prepared to pamper the car and dispose it with no value after 5 years. Any time above 7 years is bonus upon bonus.

Also, if you don't have a great relationship with a non dealer Peugeot specialist you can't fix your car. The only one I know is 30km from my house and its too far to drop off and go back to work. So, I have to schedule appointment, take leave, buy Grab car 2 ways. This is ONLY if he feels my issue is severe enough for him to accept my car. Otherwise he will say next time-lah. And if you accumulate the next times one too many times, who knows what will completely break down.

Cannot, don't buy. Buy, don't cry.

Funny thing is, this specialist has 3 employees, all drive 207, 3008 THP, Citroen etc. To them, no biggie.

why don't you give a try on Kona 2.0? price wise 120k as 2008, NA 2.0 ( higher hp, less torque + higher roadtax + better reliability?NA ) VS 1.2 Turbo ( lower hp, higher torque + less roadtax )
