I buy usually a decent brand with a not burning your hole in wallet price.
In addition, I will only upgrade when I cannot enjoy the games I play fully at its highest quality. Situations which trigger this are, when the game is laggy even at my monitor native resolution (even without AA or AF), lack of processing power and so on. |

Price is the last consideration because sometime pricey products like Asus is lower quality than other brand. |

Another one is, you see The Sun newspaper, they always include DELL brochure. That is one of the reason why I like DELL.
