The components of the rain shower set are usually unique to their own brand / supplier. If u can't get the parts u need from the instant water heater brand, then u have to purchase a new (whole) rain shower set. There are usually 2 kinds,
1. standalone rain shower set - meant to be used with hidden / storage water heater, it has larger nozzles with higher water flow. Usually doesn't come with separate shower handset.
2. instant water heater rain shower set - meant to be used with instant water heater, has a separate shower handset.
