I tell you lah when these vvips come to the wards/department in hosp they request that the area be cleared of pts and their bodyguards and yet men all flock all over causing discruption to the nurses and work flow. With najib it's gonna be ten times worst and every staff kena memo to shut up if they see him.

I work in government hospital before. Sounds about right. I heard of this even before najib PM.
