If you’ve met and have enough females in your life, you will know exercise is extremely ineffective, to the point of useless.

Why? Alot of females that i know don’t exercise, all just go on the fancy named diet and shit, basically the end result is eat less AND they managed to cut the bodyfat. Those that want to toning toning body only go exercise.

No secret, and it’s exactly the same for male - lesser calorie consumed in a day, and you’ll get slimmer and slimmer, ie.body fat%(belly) will be reduced.

Go gym/exercise is to build muscle or cardiovascular health, the amount of calories burned is very laughable: a 5km run at 8min/km pace - no stopping, no slowing down, nonstop 40minit, would burn 465 calories.

Still can’t visualize how shitty it is?

One malaysian big mac burger ONLY, is 500 calorie.

One plain bagel with plain creame cheese is 500 calorie, heck almost all donut u see in shopping mall brands is >500conlan7firm. Remember, it’s ONE only, mana full with 1 right?

Bacon, u know those big breakfast ones? The strip by strip? 4 of those is 500calorie.

Starbucks, caramel frap & with cream topping - boom 400-500 calorie.

Snickers choc bar, one is around 200~ calorie
Mcd french fries - 250~ calorie
5 piece chicken nugget - 250~ calorie

And lots lots lotsss more unassuming, unfilling junk food that could easily invalidate your “exercise”.

Go try run NON STOP for 40minit dulu, then reconsider, running or just don’t add that 4 slice of bacon in your breakfast is easier.

If you choose the latter, then you deserve to be fat, and for the whole world to look at you.
