Not consuming food on time will cause gastric.
Number 1 MOST important thing about going on a diet is: How sustainable is it? Can you handle eating one meal a day? If not, that's not the diet for you.
Number 2. Don't learn how diet works, learn how the body works. E.g. if you eat carbs, your insulin levels will rise, and insulin is a storage hormone.
Number 3. Just like with any weight loss wish, what is the goal of losing tummy/weight? Is it for looks, or is it for health? Then you change to a
sustainable diet/lifestyle to fit that goal.
