Cutting down food and not exercising is the worse method to slim down. You will get malnutrition. Soon will have issues when you get older such as skin problem, sight problem, mental problem, bone problem, joint problem, and long list. I find that cut eateries is the most important.

The way to slim down is to eat clean & exercise. Junk or processed food tend to have higher calories therefore harder for your to burn down the calories.
Be more proactive. Human body suppose to move more. Nowadays ppl just sit office, shopee, grab, fastfood and mobile phone. Soooo convenient already no excuse not to exercise. More obese & short lifespan ppl now.
