I think you should make a police report and also a report with MACC. This is not a simple case of mistake. How can a developer claim this to be a mistake when the unit is meant to be a bumi unit but still got it transferred to you at the relevant agencies. Sounds fishy no? Bring it issue up to your local MP (election is near, blow this issue up on soc media). Heads will need to roll.
