Is the Sinocare an ok brand for blood glucose meter? The testing strips are about half the cost compared to the Contour+, Accu-chek.

Has anyone got comparisons or experience on the accuracy of the Sinocare models that are distributed in Malaysia?

I used one from Sinocare before.
From my experience, Sinocare glucometer quite inaccurate most of the time.
Either gives very low (less than 3 mmol/L) or very high (more than 12 mmol/L) reading while the reading from my another glucometer gives 5 - 6 mmol/L.

Do you remember the name of the model? Was it a recent one?
