These Chinese Android head unit (TS10/7862/TS18) have an app named Zlink / Tlink which has Apple Carplay / Android Auto. Depending on the app that comes with your head unit, you can either have wired or wireless. You can also buy a third party dongle called Carlinkit if the built in app does not support wireless but you wish to have that for around RM200+

My friend connected his iPhone to my TS18 with the Zlink the other day, and it works fine. The display scaling is a bit large since the app is made for 7" screen, but it's good enough
