Anyone had bad renovation experience with EUM renovation (under EUM group of companies) before?

I have appointed them and they didnt finish work and i have paid them. Now im asking them to refund me back my payment for the job that not done and they unable to refund and give lotsa reason and eventually no reply from them anymore.

I have been dealing with the company partner name Glen (phone no 0142455424). I have checked and now they have changed the company name on their facebook to one cabinets.

If anyone that had appointed him and had the same bad experience? Not sure if you guys able to get the refund back?

Yes it does. The company will be call for hearing & they can’t be represented by lawyer. Tribunal will hear your claim & make ruling.

Tribunal cannot get lawyer?

If the contractor loose in tribunal, they can appeal in other court?

tribunal is for small claims, just a few thousand if I'm not mistaken.. how much is your request refund?

How is the case? Able to get back the refund? I encountered same issue with the same person Glen. Money taken, but with lot of excuse not to complete the renovation. Ask for refund but he said no money lah....like 无赖

Nole... This guy (Glen Lim) never replied me already... Money lost. This guy can not be trusted. Many excuses and empty promises. I realised he has changed his company FB name from EUM to One Renovation and now Big Tree Artwork.. He continue to post to look for business and not sure how many people going face this situation like us. I tried to contact EUM group but they never responded also.
