Finally joined the club of AirPods Pro ‘Mark 2’.
First impressions over my AirPods Pro Mark 1:-
- Bass is so so much better! I don’t even need to have a super tight seal/fit to have an excellent experience on the low-end with the Mark 2. And the bass is just nice, pleasant, deep without being too ‘in your face’.
- The overall sound quality whilst listening to music is very nice. It may not be to the liking of those that enjoy really enhanced ‘V’ sound signatures from other true wireless earbuds brands, but it’s perfect for those that like a balance sound signature (me!) whereby the mids and highs aren’t sacrificed too much.
- Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) on the Mark 2 is really next level over the Mark 1. I would dare say it even rivals larger sized ANC Bluetooth over-ear headphones like my AirPods Max. Apple really nailed it this time!
- The only downside I’ve noticed so far are some bugs on the ANC processing. Sometimes it will randomly pick up or allow through ambient noise but that has only happened a few times randomly before fixing itself automatically.
All in all, the Mark 2 is a must-have for anyone who wants best-in-class ANC and a balanced sound quality. For those that loved the Mark 1, I would also seriously recommend buying the Mark 2, as these are like totally different AirPods in how they perform!

Joining the gen 2 too. The gen 1 can’t fit my eat well.
Never pass any fit test.
