No idea, I am also eagerly awaiting for it. Otherwise might have to pick one up in Singapore. My current Airpods Pro starting to have that crackling sound already sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif

It depends on how you handle it. Mine was in 95% good condition before I sold it.

So far it has been almost 3 years for me and the issue has just started appearing. Compared to my Sony WF-1000XM3 which died after a year+ of usage.

still eagerly waiting for the 2nd gen

but 1st gen also not that bad with discounts up to 699

if you're not a hardcore audiophile, the 1st gen is good enough unless you want the latest tech

Choose whichever suits you the most. The Airpods have been my best companion especially with my travels (every week in a different ASEAN country). Super useful on the plane and also when taking calls.

I think the one thing that impress me the most about these airpods and also beat fit pro is the microphone among other things.... they can pick up my voice very2 well. This is super useful when having Team meeting. People the other side can hear my voice as if we are talking using the phone instead.

Got mine from SG. You can check the availability on that day using apple store sg (app or websites) if pick up option is available mean you can get it in store easily.

can, i bought mine at Apple Store Orchard road

To avoid disappointment, go to online apple store to purchase first and make payment. Then schedule a pick up session. This you wont have risk of no stock.
