Collected the Watch from Switch just now. Surprisingly they have few Ultra in stocks for walk in customer. Help my friend get a yellow ocean band one , mine is while ocean (pre ordered). Redeemed Switch’s SURE points for 2 x RM45 to offset the balance.

Just whatapps machines and they say green alpine loop (medium) no stock and their delivery date is 2-3 weeks from the date you order 

I tell them my order is 7/10/22 @9am ++ when they start the pre order and they say waiting for stock

I fedup with them liao and they say once you pay cannot refund, so no choice have to wait

Maybe green alpine loop (medium) very laku or they really sell to walk in to make more sales 1st

This kind of reply by the customer service will only make customers rage more. How can they give such an unprofessional reply?!?!?!?!?

When did you order yours? I just received my PO from Machines and collected today

which band type did you order?
i ordered green alpine loop M size on 7oct around 11:30am.. but i forgot the eta date mention at that time.. is it 15 or 22 or 3 weeks onwards… 😔

Mine is 15 Oct onward, i have talk to their customer service and they say this is just an estimate date and normally we will get our item 2-3 weeks from our order date
