As info from my friend, there are no official whatsapp app for AW, need to download 3rd party app to reply / chat.
The default one only can view notification.
There are third party apps for apple watch. I had install both watchchat and watchapp. Both work fine, only downloading video and long voice could be slow. Need to know also.
