I wanna share on Digi AirSim.
Its available for RM10 monthly fee now for Digi Postpaid 40 since October 2022, which is weeks ago.

I just upgraded my plan from Digi Postpaid 38 to Digi Postpaid 40 just now, and with AirSim subscription, making my total commitment to RM50 only, excluded taxes and other chargeable add-ons.

If you are currently on Digi Postpaid 40 and above, you can activate the AirSim from Apple Watch app in your iPhone, no need walk-in to store. There's no configuration from their end, its more like an add-ons service.

As far as i know, Apple Watch cellular only supports 3 telcos in Malaysia, which are Maxis, Digi and Celcom.
Other than this, no AW cellular supports.

eSim is different thing. Its cardless sim for iPhone/iPad. Technically they should work for AW as well, but it seems Apple is restricting the access to AW for these 3 telco only.

Digi named the AW cellular as AirSim, and keep the name eSim for iPhone/iPad cardless/simless access.

Yeah, i think so too.

Review on solo loop.

My wrist measured at 140mm, hence im at beginning of size 3.

There’s a little gap/freeplay for my wrist here with size 3 solo loop, and i can easily snug in my little fingers without any resistance from the band.

It doesnt really feel uncomfortable but i wished its more snug fit as i start to feel a little annoyed with the little wobbling on my wrist. This is 5th days of using it, and i don’t think it get loose so fast as i only wear it at night when I'm slacking at home.

The weight of stainless steel can be a factor as it possessed greater momentum in comparison to the lighter weight Aluminium version.

Im using 41mm.
45mm is out of proportion on my wrist

Series 7 and 8 same size, can fit.

I start to see where u r coming from for the fast charge.
The difference is charging time is apparent, especially when having low percentage and need to put it on the wrist soon.

From 80% to 100% in 15 minutes is crazy time saving with fast charge, and the same took like near to half an hour with normal charge. Been comparing this 2 for my morning charging before starting my long day outside of home.

By end of the day when im back home, i just wanna get it charged up before my sleep, and that charging time really takes very long time with normal charge, like up to 2 hours.

No regret getting WIZ009, but i’ll consider getting another WIZ017 once its available on our shore.

My latest bill with AirSim for Postpaid 40. Prorated billing since i upgraded the plan in last 2 days before monthly renewal.

Its supposed to be RM10/month.
But i just subscribed to it 2 days prior to my billing cycle, hence the prorated fee was charged at RM1.

I am quite impressed with AW8 battery drainage.

Had it full charged to 100% before my sleep on Friday night and was having it on my wrist until this morning (Sunday) and i woke up with 19% battery juices.

Did a 2 hours badminton session with it for Workout tracking, and that doesnt even flinched the battery juices a lot. Well, at least not more than what i would have expected.

That’s about 36+- hours on the wrist, minus 10-15 minutes for my shower time that i put it down without charging it.
19% remaining battery juice is a very good number.

Yes, they lowered the eligible plans for AirSim to Postpaid 40. Its since October 2022.

Use it naked. Going in 4th week, havent got any scratch yet on my SS Graphite. Wife's aluminium version also no scratch yet.

Can anyone recommend reputable leather band makers that can ship to our country?

I like Bandwerks but the nearest they ship is to Singapore. Gotta trouble someone to help ship back to Malaysia.

Nomad Watch Works is nice and affordable, but my choice always out of stock.

The Sleep tracking is efficient for me to understand how my day will be affected and i can be more alert on my approaches.

Mindfulness is an underrated apps which many dont find it usefull, but for me i find it important as it managed to capture my stress moment and put up a notifications requiring me to take a short break or perform better management for the situation. It can also predict if u fall into hard moments. So far its all accurate.

Other than that, the active rings are alwis visible to keep track on the daily goals.

One thing, to fully utilize the full feature of AW, must get the cellular version. Its actually very convenient without the phone. I have less time with the phone now, hence reduced up to 50% of my phone screen time. Once u get the grip of responding to msg, calls and notification on the AW, the phone is just another bank token and double as tablet.

ApplePay never disappoint, i am able to transfer up to 90% of retail transactions from eWallets to ApplePay. Banks give rebates as well (SC and MBB) for ApplePay usages. Best part, even with transaction above RM250 dont require to key in pin numbers on the device, just tap and go. Effectively reduce the unnecessary contacts, and hassles free from topping up eWallets and key in pincodes. It just work. Apple Pay is safer as the transactions perform on ur credit card dont reveal ur actual credit card numbers, it will show smth different to the merchant and receipt.

Bullshit from that Digi CS. U can directly activate the AirSim from Watch app in iPhone if u already subscribed to Postpaid 40.

Good info u shared regarding HSBC now support ApplePay.
Been waiting to get rid of the card from my wallet for months. Haha..
Nowadays my wallet is much more slimmer with cashless and cardless.
Only carry IC, driving license, 1 credit card for filling petrol due to the cashback benefit.

The AirSim no need chase Digi CS, u can do it yourself as long as ur mainline is already on Postpaid 40.
Use your iPhone, go to the Watch app and trigger from the setting i shared earlier. Its a 2 minutes process.

I see, sorry i didn’t knew about it earlier.
I done mine in The Garden’s Digi. The CS there are more attentive and detailed, despite waiting time could be longer.

Not all apps are supported in WatchOS.
eWallets aren't supported at the moment, so we are left with only ApplePay for supported banks.
