U malaysia account trying to buy european or american games?

I think should be a foreign eshop account but using Malaysia CC. Sometime you will have this problem. Just contact the bank to resolve the issue. If cannot then just go shopee to purchase gift card faster.

I am not sure if nintendo allows it. But PlayStation store cannot. If your cc is malaysia, your billing address is also malaysia - cannot buy from US account. Even paypal also cannot. Apparently for tax purposes, different state different tax percentage

So better buy gift card reload and buy

Nintendo is ok but still depends on which bank's CC you use. I have no problem with citibank and hsbc though I need to call up hsbc to allow the transaction.

My citibank CC works perfectly with US PSN.
