Younger people will want to be close to the action and the more mature may appreciate serenity just like us locals.

cons the old neighborhood, lifestyle difference. You cant enjoy the amenities like condos possibilities of crazy neighbor because is too close to each other, maybe parking space will be congested by bigger families in the neighbour Cats, dogs lol.
