First time building a PC and this is what I am planning to buy:

Motherboard - MSI Pro Z690 A Wifi DDR4 (RM1133)

CPU - Intel Core i5-12600K (RM1318)

SSD - Kingston A2000 1TB (RM416)

GPU - ASUS TUF GAMING RTX3070 OC (RM2869)

RAM - G.SKILL Trident Z NEO 2x8GB 3600 MHZ (RM458)

PSU - SEASONIC Focus+ GX750 80+ Gold (RM645)

CPU Cooler - be quiet! PURE ROCK 2 BLACK (RM188)

Casing Fan - ARCTIC P12 PWM PST x3 (RM126)

PC Case - Corsair 4000D Airflow Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX Case (RM309)

Monitor - GIGABYTE M27Q (RM1318)

Total - RM8780

I have the following questions
1. Where should I buy these items, currently I am planning to buy them from Shopee/Lazada,
2. Is this is a decent build? Anything that I can replace to improve on it?

not a pro, but know stuff a bit a bit.
nice build.
but
changing ur cooler to the next hype thing, deepcool ak620 would be nice. good reviews on keeping things cool. heard 12th gen kinda hot.
and
adding the cpu bending correction thingy something like this is oso good.

no comment on dealer or builder as everyone have own preference. i just like PC.
so glhf !
